From a first home to helping other families buy theirs
We moved from India to Australia in our twenties with a strong work ethic and the hope of building a better life for our family. Perth has been home ever since.
Subrata qualified and worked as a software professional. Rashi retrained here and built a career as a dental nurse. Alongside work and raising our two daughters, we bought our first property in 2015.
Over the next decade we kept researching, planning and buying for the long term. Our own portfolio is now valued at about $9 million. Along the way we learned what most buyers never see: much of the best property changes hands before it is ever advertised.
S2R2 is how we share that. We have helped more than 60 Australian families with their next step: first homes, investment properties, upgrading to a home that fits, and downsizing into a new chapter. Every family's circumstances are different, so we start by listening.

S2R2 Solutions is a licensed real estate agency in Western Australia. We work differently from a traditional buyer's agent: our focus is finding the right property and giving you the research to judge it.
- Off-market, pre-market and distressed-sale property across Perth and Western Australia, alongside listings on the portals
- An estimate of what a property is worth, based on recent sales nearby
- A profile of the area you are considering: household incomes, the local economy, investor activity and education levels
- If you want us to negotiate and handle the purchase as well, we can. Fees are agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
Appointments: Monday to Thursday, 6 pm to 8 pm, at our Perth CBD office or on Microsoft Teams. We share a property's street address at your appointment.
